What You’ll Do

You’ll guide customers from their first visit or inquiry through vehicle selection, test drives, purchase, and delivery.

• Connect with customers: Welcome showroom visitors and respond to phone and online inquiries.
• Find the right fit: Help customers choose a vehicle that suits their needs.
• Bring vehicles to life: Conduct walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Keep the conversation going: Follow up with active leads, unsold prospects, and previous customers.
• Build your business: Develop sales opportunities through referrals and lasting relationships.
• Know your product: Stay informed about Toyota vehicles, inventory, and current promotions.
• Make the experience count: Provide helpful, professional service from first contact to delivery.
