Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, extensive experience in writing user stories, and a solid understanding of technical platforms and frameworks. The role requires managing multiple platform initiatives, working with diverse development teams, and continuously learning new tools and technologies to support delivery and execution. The candidate should also have the ability to read C# code, prior experience in the .NET framework, API development, SQL Server, and using Postman or other API testing utilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• User Stories & Requirements: Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps applications. Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
• Data Analysis and Dashboard is mandatory skills
• Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
• Platform Management: Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
• Development Collaboration: Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and offshore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execution.
• Documentation: Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities. Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features.
• Backlog Management: Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Technical Expertise: Ability to read and understand C# code, and leverage prior experience with API development, SQL Server, and Postman or Bruno, to drive technical platform initiatives.

Additional Skills:

• Strong written communication skills using Office 365 tools such as Outlook and Teams.
• Experience creating technical and end-user documentation with Jira.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and offshore resources.
• Ability to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Solid understanding and experience with the API development, SQL Server, and testing APIs.
