Map existing process rules and workflows and identify where they diverge from the documented standard
Prepare test scenarios and validation checklists from existing specifications
Internal research
Work with operations and client-facing teams to understand how the current process actually runs, and write up the findings
Trace how specific cases and exceptions are handled today to surface undocumented behaviour Analysis
Work with operational datasets and configuration workbooks to reconcile inconsistencies and support requirement decisions with evidence
Support to the Product Manager
- Day-to-day BAU — meeting notes and action tracking, stakeholder follow-ups, status updates, query logs and quick turnaround asks
Required skills
Strong written communication — able to explain a complex process simply and precisely
Strong reading comprehension for long business documents
Structured thinking and high attention to detail
Working knowledge of Excel and comfort with documentation tools (Word, Confluence or similar) • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, economics, statistics or a related field
Good to Have
Python (pandas) or SQL for basic data work
Exposure to business process documentation, workflow tools or rule-based systems
Familiarity with a high-volume operations or compliance environment
What you will get
Direct exposure to how a large enterprise product is specified, validated and built
Ownership of independent deliverables alongside hands-on support work
