Product Analyst - Supply Chain

Mirraw is a fashion e-commerce company bringing Indian ethnic wear to customers in India and around the world. We're looking for a Product Analyst who can dig into our supply chain data and partner with our product and tech team to fix what slows orders down, from vendor to doorstep.

What you'll do

• Map our order journey end to end (vendor sourcing, stitching and customisation, quality checks, warehousing, shipping and returns) and find where orders get delayed or lost.

• Use data to size the biggest problems: vendor turnaround times, stock-outs, cancellations, delivery delays and RTO.

• Turn those problems into clear product requirements and work with product managers and engineers to build and ship fixes.

• Build dashboards and alerts for key supply chain metrics, and track whether each fix actually moved the numbers.

• Work closely with operations, vendor management, logistics partners and customer support.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years in product analytics, business analytics or supply chain analytics at an e-commerce, D2C or marketplace company.

• Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; Python and a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau) are a plus.

• Solid understanding of e-commerce operations: inventory, fulfilment, shipping and returns.

• Experience writing product requirements or working day to day with product and tech teams.

• Structured thinking and comfort with ambiguous, messy problems.

• Fashion or cross-border e-commerce experience is a bonus.
