Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop the Jungheinrich CPQ tool ("Configurator") used in the pre-sales process.
• Model sales solutions by creating and maintaining configuration models, dependencies, and business rules within the CPQ system.
• Analyze, implement, and test system enhancements based on both central and local business requirements.
• Ensure the editorial maintenance and data quality of the Product Content Management (PCM) system and other sales tools.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and configuration data across sales systems.
• Provide independent end-user support for CPQ-related topics and act as a central contact for user markets.
• Coordinate activities and requirements between user markets, Product Management, Order Centers, and IT teams.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to global market and product transparency through close collaboration within an interdisciplinary international team.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout activities for new product configurations and system functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in product configuration, sales systems, product management, business applications, or a related area.
• Initial practical experience with technical and product-related topics is considered an advantage.
• Experience working in an international and cross-functional business environment is desirable.
