The Role

We're looking for a Product & Operations Intern who can help turn ideas into shipped features. This role is focused on execution — tracking work, coordinating across teams, and ensuring things get done.

What you'll do

• Track tasks and progress across teams using tools like Jira or similar
• Follow up with engineering, design and growth to ensure timely delivery
• Help plan and organise product work, sprints and priorities
• Support product decisions across listings, onboarding and user experience
• Gather feedback from hosts and guests to inform improvements
• Join calls with potential partners, hosts and service providers
• Ensure tasks move from idea to completion

What we're looking for

• Strong interest in product, operations or startup execution
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing tasks, timelines and follow-ups
• Clear communicator, confident working with different teams
• Bias for action — you get things done, not just discussed
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion or Trello is a plus (not required)
• Students, recent graduates and career-switchers are welcome
