Product and Process Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for insurance products, processes, and sales techniques to new hires and existing employees.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development among participants.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Handling the refresher training for existing team players
• Handling the mock calls; barging live calls before/ post-handover is done to the process Head.
• Well versed in training the objection handling calls
• Interface with customers as needed.
• Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with stakeholders

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center industry.
• Strong background in process training, product training, or sales training.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse groups of people.
• Ability to design effective lesson plans using various instructional methods.
• Call monitoring as per requirement.
