DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

System & Product Support

• Handle tickets related to CRM usage and system issues
• Troubleshoot user issues related to:
• Leads, accounts, and client profiles
• KYC status and onboarding flows
• IB / affiliate setups
• Reports and dashboards
• Escalate complex issues to Product Owners, vendors, or technical teams

Basic Configuration & Maintenance

• Perform basic CRM configurations
• User roles and permissions
• Simple workflow rules
• Status updates and data corrections
• Assist with routine system checks to ensure data accuracy and stability
• Support environment management (UAT / Production) under guidance

User Support & Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for internal users
• Provide clear communication on issue status and resolution timelines
• Educate users on correct system usage and best practices
• Maintain strong service-level standards

Testing & Release Support

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system fixes and enhancements
• Execute test cases and document results
• Support release activities by validating post‑deployment changes

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain: User guides, FAQs, Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Document known issues, workarounds, and common configurations

Continuous Improvement

• Identify recurring issues and report them with root‑cause analysis
• Suggest system or process improvements
• Support product teams in analyzing user feedback and operational pain points

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus
• Familiar with Zendesk ticket system configuration is a plus
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and workflows
• Familiarity with brokerage operations (leads, KYC, trading accounts)
• Ability to follow configuration and testing procedures
• Strong problem‑solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Customer‑oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow into product roles
• Fresh Graduated are welcome too!!! Training Provided
