该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION OVERVIEW: The Product Application Engineer (PAE) serves as the technical bridge between customers and our internal R&D teams. You will partner with sales, marketing, and R&D to deliver tailored technical solutions, resolve customer system-level challenges, and drive design-in wins that turn our chips into commercial successes.

Growth at the intersection of technology and business: building solution design, customer communication, and project execution skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Customer Support:

• Promote ICS portfolio to our customers’ technical community alongside sales, marketing, and/or channel partners
• Lead design-in efforts, from the technical perspective, for key customers once a project intersection point is identified
• Analyze customer requirements, design schematics, and troubleshoot system-level issues
• Assist in developing reference designs, application notes, and simulation models (e.g., SPICE, SIMPLIS) to accelerate customer design cycles
• Provide post-sales technical support Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work with product marketing manager to identify customer targets based on existing product portfolio, R&D roadmap plans, and end customer’s end equipment / business size; drive demand creation and follow up opportunities progress through customer whole design cycle.
• Support sales teams with technical training, product presentations, and competitive analysis.
• Work with R&D to translate customer feedback into product improvement or new feature development. Product Demonstration & Validation:
• Conduct hands-on lab testing, bench evaluations, and failure analysis for customer prototypes.
• Validate product performance against industry standards and customer-specific requirements. Documentation & Training:
• Create technical collateral, including whitepapers, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Deliver webinars and workshops to educate customers and distributors. 职位要求： SKILLS /COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams; basic familiarity with circuit simulation tools (SPICE, SIMPLIS, LTspice, MATLAB).
• Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and strong circuit analysis skills.
• Familiarity with PCB layout best practices and EMI/EMC concepts is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, thermal analyzers) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; able to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
