Product Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Assistant with a background in Information Technology, software, or technical solutions who can support product-related activities, conduct product demonstrations, and assist the sales team in presenting solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, understanding technical products, and translating technical features into clear business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and presenting company products, solutions, and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Support the sales team during client meetings, product briefings, and proposal discussions.
• Understand product features, functionalities, and technical specifications and explain them effectively to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product or solution options.
• Assist in preparing product presentations, proposals, demos, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate with the Product, IT, Sales, and other relevant teams to address client inquiries and requirements.
• Provide basic technical support and product guidance during the sales process.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights and relay them to the Product and Sales teams.
• Assist in product testing, documentation, updates, and other product-related activities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the company's products, competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Perform other product, sales, and business development support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• With background or experience in IT, software, technology products, or technical solutions.
• Experience in sales, product presentation, product demonstration, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable conducting product demos and explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
• Willing to learn new technologies, products, and systems.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations when required.
