Product Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major public chain technologies and competing products; produce competitive analysis reports and refine product directions.
2. Proficiently use tools such as prototyping, flowcharts, and mind maps; manage the requirement backlog, and coordinate development and testing efforts.
3. Participate in requirement screening and prioritisation; coordinate with UI, development, testing and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
4. Participate in test case reviews to ensure that cases cover core business requirements.
5. Develop a deep understanding of digital currencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, and maintain a strong sensitivity to industry trends.

Job Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of project experience; bachelor degree or above, preferably in software/computer science or related fields.
2. Experience with Web3/blockchain projects (e.g., DeFi, exchanges, wallets) is a MUST.
3. Proficient in using at least one tool for prototyping (Axure / Mockingbot), flowcharting (Visio / ProcessOn), and mind mapping (XMind / GitMind / MindMaster).
4. Familiar with product prototyping and solution design; understand software development processes and standards; possess good documentation and learning abilities.
5. Able to use AI to assist in requirement analysis, PRD writing, and competitive analysis, or knowledgeable about the AI+Web3 direction – preferred.
6. Capable of accurately identifying product highlights, with strong learning, innovation, and analytical skills.
7. Maintain a positive attitude, with good communication, coordination, and self-management skills.
8. Putonghua speaking is a MUST.
