PRODUCT ASSISTANT

PC EXPRESS is looking for a PRODUCT ASSISTANT!

The Product Assistant is responsible for providing support to Product Manager with all procurement related tasks such as stocks allocation, addressing branch inquiries, creating and uploading promotions, double checking of prices, monitoring of stocks and preparing purchase orders.

Qualifications:

• Four year graduate of a business or IT-related course.
• With at least 1 year admin assistant experience in related field.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledgeable in events coordination
• Knowledgeable in Photo and Video Editing
• Updated in current technology trends.
• With good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work on-site in San Juan City.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and track laptop marketing projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and achievement of objectives. Provide regular updates to the Product Manager.
• Work closely with branch managers to gather insights, address local marketing needs, and ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns across all branches.
• Formulate monthly and quarterly laptop promotions, including pricing strategies, bundles, and special offers. Ensure alignment with seasonal trends, customer demand, and corporate objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and customer preference studies to refine promotional strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, digital campaigns, and in-store promotions to maximize visibility and sales impact.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and customer feedback. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Note: Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
