movers & packers, parking, and order fulfillment solutions. We are building technology that simplify

storage through digital booking journeys, CRM automation, integrated payments, operational

workflows, and data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Associate who can work closely with the Product, Technology, Sales,

Operations, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective product solutions.

The role involves understanding user and internal team requirements, documenting product

features, coordinating development and testing, analyzing product performance, and continuously

improving customer and operational journeys.

Key Responsibilities

1.Gather and understand requirements from customers, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and

other internal stakeholders.

2.Convert business requirements into clear user stories, workflows, feature requirements, and acceptance criteria.
3.Assist in preparing PRDs, process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation.

4.Work closely with developers and designers throughout the product development lifecycle.

5.Coordinate feature development, testing, UAT, release readiness, and post-launch

monitoring.

6.Analyze customer journeys, lead funnels, bookings, payments, conversions, and other

product metrics.

7.Coordinate with teams to ensure product issues are prioritized and resolved systematically.

8.Collect user and internal stakeholder feedback and convert insights into actionable product

improvements.

What We Are Looking For

1.1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a

similar role.

2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3.Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technology requirements.

4.Good understanding of web/mobile products and software development processes.

5.Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and product metrics.

6.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

7.Ability to coordinate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

8.High ownership and attention to detail.

9.Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Good to Have

1.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Postman, Google Analytics/PostHog, or similar

product tools.

2.Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

3.Experience with workflow automation or AI-enabled products.

4.Basic knowledge of data analysis.
