Ownership & Growth
At our company, engineers have meaningful ownership of what they build. As the product and team grow, you’ll have opportunities to expand your technical responsibilities and learn across product development, deployment, and production engineering.
Career Breaks Welcome
We are also open to candidates who are returning to work after a career break. If you have relevant skills and are ready to get back into product development, we encourage you to apply.
Work Location
Remote within Tamil Nadu or Hybrid from Chennai, depending on the candidate and role requirements.
How to Apply
Please include your resume and answer the following two questions in your application.
Q1. Tell us about a time when you were tempted to skip something when you were close to a deadline. What did you actually do?
Q2. In this role, there is no separate team managing production initially. You will own what you build. Are you comfortable with that? Please answer Yes or No, and why, in one line.
Applications without answers to both questions may not be considered. Please answer in your own words; we are interested in your actual experience and thinking.
