Role & responsibilities
Execute API manufacturing batches as per BMR/SOPs and GMP.
Handle reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and related equipment.
Monitor critical process parameters and in-process activities.
Perform charging, reaction, filtration, crystallization, drying, etc.
Maintain production records and GMP documentation.
Coordinate with QC, QA, Engineering, and Maintenance.
Ensure EHS, housekeeping, and chemical safety compliance.
Report deviations and support investigations/CAPA.
Achieve production targets, yield, quality, and cycle-time requirements.
