Product Complaint Support

Job Number: 26-01764 Be part of something that makes a difference. ECLARO is looking for a Complaint Intake Support for our client in Rensselaer, NY. Our client is a leading biotechnology company turning innovative science into life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. Responsibilities:

• Monitor the group mailbox for product complaint correspondence and determine whether submissions are new events, additional information, or duplicates.
• Enter and process information in the Quality Management System (EQMS).
• Assess events against Potential-to-be-a-Complaint (PTC) criteria and assign the appropriate risk level.
• Coordinate with Call Center, Clinical Trial Management, and other personnel/contractors to obtain additional information.

Qualifications:

• Pharma/biotech or combo-product complaint handling.
• EQMS experience (Veeva Vault QMS, TrackWise, MasterControl).
• Ideally PV/AE recognition.
• Strong with high-volume email triage.
