Product Compliance Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Lead compliance certification for new products (including CE, FCC, UKCA, RoHS, TPD, CB, KC, ECAS, PMTA, etc.), confirming and fulfilling specific requirements for different regional markets.
• Assess and confirm product certification and registration requirements across various regions.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all product certifications and registrations to successfully secure the necessary certificates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that products fully meet all testing and shipping requirements.
• Drive the continuous optimization of internal certification and registration workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
• Closely monitor regulatory and policy updates to adjust certification requirements accordingly.
• Provide professional certification and registration support and consulting services to business units.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in product certification, registration, or regulatory compliance across multiple regions.
• Solid knowledge of international standards and certifications (CE, FCC, UKCA, RoHS, TPD, CB, KC, ECAS, PMTA).
• Familiar with product testing, shipping compliance, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong English communication skills for working with certification bodies, authorities, and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret regulatory updates, assess impact, and adjust strategies.
• Proven stakeholder coordination and consulting support experience.
• Highly organized, with a track record of timely and accurate certification delivery.
