Product Compliance Specialist

For our Product Quality & Compliance team, we are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist who will drive and continuously improve product compliance strategy and execution within an international environment.

In this role, you will act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, including the Senior Product Compliance Expert and Manager PQC, owning end-to-end compliance processes and proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

What Will You Do

• Ensuring and safeguarding present and future emerging regulations in strategic and operational daily practice of Product Compliance.
• Own and continuously optimize technical dossiers, Dangerous Goods (DG) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring compliance with existing regulations.
• Lead and own the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Process including monitoring and improvement.
• Drive the preparation and validation of technical files in collaboration with internal teams and external service partners (including private label and non-EU products).
• Oversee and ensure accuracy of compliance reporting, while driving improvements in reporting processes (batteries, electrical equipment, oil, tires, and packaging).
• Manage supplier compliance performance, including risk assessment, escalation, and strategic follow-up via CRM systems. Contribute in (regulatory) data management systems.
• Support audits and compliance-related projects, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Identify regulatory risks and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives across regions.

Product Quality & Compliance Team You will be part of the Product Quality and Compliance Team (PQC) which currently consist of 6 Product Quality and Product Compliance Specialists. The PQC team is part of the Category & Buying Organisation of Kramp. You will collaborate with other team members and with relevant stakeholders within Kramp and externally with other stakeholders, authorities and service providers.

Who We Are Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s level education or equivalent work experience (e.g., Law, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering).
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex compliance processes and external partners.
• Strong affinity and experience with management of (regulatory) data and systems.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business impact and strategy.
• Proven project leadership experience.

We offer an attractive salary of €4,206 - €5,140 gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
