About the Job

We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically curious Product Configuration & Implementation Specialist to configure and optimize a healthcare SaaS platform across multiple customers.

You'll join an embedded delivery team supporting the platform's rollout and ongoing evolution across UK healthcare organizations, working closely with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines technical configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll use low-code/no-code tools to translate business requirements into working platform configurations, ensuring solutions meet customer needs while maintaining platform standards.

This is a flexible hybrid role, with most work performed remotely. Candidates should be based in London or the surrounding areas and able to attend regular in-person client meetings as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and maintain customer workflows, business rules, permissions, and platform settings using low-code/no-code tools.
• Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand requirements, clarify workflows, and identify configuration options.
• Translate approved business requirements into functional configurations using supported platform capabilities, avoiding unnecessary customization.
• Manage configurations across multiple customers, maintaining consistency and accurate version-controlled records.
• Perform end-to-end configuration testing, working with QA and Development to identify and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate configurations to customers, gather feedback, and support stakeholder approvals.
• Troubleshoot configuration defects and track issues and change requests using Jira.
• Develop configuration documentation, training materials, and operational handover resources.
• Support ongoing configuration changes and post-launch troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to standardize configurations, improve processes, and provide product feedback.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, platform configuration, or related technical roles involving hands-on configuration.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools, workflow platforms, or SaaS configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional platform configurations.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and managing configuration changes across environments.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work directly with customers and explain technical concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare SaaS, patient engagement, scheduling, or care coordination platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy requirements, including GDPR or HIPAA.
• Experience delivering customer training, product demonstrations, or onboarding workshops.
