Product Coordinator

Role Description The Product Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and improvement of IDSC’s service offerings, including mediation, cross-border dispute resolution, advisory services, and training programs. In this part-time remote role, the coordinator will collect and analyze user feedback, maintain documentation on services and workflows, and assist in defining requirements for new or enhanced offerings. The role involves coordinating small projects and timelines, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in service delivery, and helping prepare product-related communication materials. The Product Coordinator will also monitor performance indicators, identify opportunities for operational and service improvements, and contribute to the overall product roadmap and prioritization.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess service performance, interpret feedback, and support data-informed product decisions.
• Excellent Communication abilities for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams, stakeholders, and service users.
• Foundational Product Management skills to support planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of service offerings.
• Customer Service orientation to understand stakeholder needs, handle inquiries professionally, and support user-focused solutions.
• Basic Project Management capabilities to coordinate tasks, track milestones, and help ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, law, public policy, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with dispute resolution, mediation, or legal/investment environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and comfort with online collaboration platforms.
