Product Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Coordinator to support product-related activities, including product information, documentation, and coordination with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and other relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product information, specifications, pricing, and related records using ERP systems.
• Coordinate product-related requirements with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments.
• Support product sourcing, development, and launch activities, including coordination of samples, specifications, packaging, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate product records, databases, and supporting documents.
• Monitor product availability, inventory information, and product-related updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product information, specifications, samples, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Support product testing, quality follow-up, and documentation of results when required.
• Prepare and update product reports and analyze relevant data using Microsoft Excel.
• Follow up on product-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely resolution.
• Ensure product information and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Perform other product-related coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Production, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Product Coordination, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Operations, or a related field.
• Practical experience in at least two of the following: Procurement, Supply Chain, Production.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of Arabic and English, with strong communication and coordination skills.
