Product Coordinator

The Product Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end administration, accuracy, and maintenance of product information within the 3Clicks Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This role owns the product range data from initial product creation through to production-ready status, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and aligned across cross-functional teams.

The Product Coordinator acts as a key link between Product, Design, Sourcing, Production, and Operations teams, ensuring seamless product data management, workflow compliance, and accurate integration with F&O (Finance & Operations) systems.

The role is critical in supporting on-time product development, data integrity, and efficient product commercialization.

KEY MEASURABLES:

A successful Product Coordinator ensures that every product is accurately represented within the PLM system, fully compliant with business processes, and seamlessly integrated into F&O, enabling efficient product development, successful production handovers, and reliable business reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

• Own and maintain the product range within the 3Clicks PLM system.
• Ensure all product records are created, updated, and maintained accurately throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage product data from inception through to production-ready status.
• Monitor workflow milestones and ensure all required information is completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain product hierarchy, SKU structure, attributes, specifications, and supporting documentation.

Data Accuracy & Integrity

• Ensure product information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all stages of development.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Validate product information prior to production handover.
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and business processes.

F&O Integration Management

• Ensure accurate integration between 3Clicks PLM and F&O systems.
• Validate product data transfers and resolve integration discrepancies.
• Work closely with relevant teams to troubleshoot and rectify system issues.
• Support master data management activities and maintain data consistency across platforms.

Product Development Coordination

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Merchandisers, Sourcing, and Production teams to gather and update product information.
• Track product development timelines and communicate status updates.
• Ensure all critical path milestones are achieved according to seasonal calendars.
• Support sample tracking, costing updates, and product approvals where applicable.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Generate reports on product status, data completeness, and workflow progress.
• Monitor compliance with PLM processes and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve product data management processes and system utilization.
• Document and maintain PLM procedures and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of contact for product data-related queries.
• Support training and onboarding of users on PLM processes and standards.
• Partner with Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and data quality.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Coordination, Product Administration, Merchandising, Product Development, or Master Data Management.
• Experience working with PLM systems (3Clicks preferred).
• Experience supporting product development or sourcing environments.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics F&O or similar platforms is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in PLM systems (3Clicks preferred)
• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
• ERP/F&O system knowledge
• Product data management and reporting
• Database accuracy and auditing
