Product Coordinator (Product Development & Packaging)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support new product development projects from concept to launch.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Prepare, maintain, and update product and packaging specifications.
• Coordinate packaging development, artwork review, and approval processes.
• Monitor product improvements, packaging updates, and product lifecycle changes.
• Understand and ensure product packaging complies with food labelling requirements for China and Southeast Asian markets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify packaging and product trends.
• Participate in product concept discussions and provide ideas for product enhancement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Relevant working experience is preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of graphic design software or design principles will be an advantage.
• Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
• Willing to work in Melaka Halal Hub, Serkam.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
• Salary are based on working experience and negotiable.
