Product Cybersecurity Program Manager

Mandatory Skills:

• Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects and process-improvement initiatives, ensuring appropriate resources and support are available to achieve defined objectives.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least five years managing key programs or projects, preferably in cybersecurity, product development, customer service, or information technology, with a demonstrated record of achieving defined performance objectives.
• Experience supporting product cybersecurity operations.
• Working knowledge of operational technology (OT) and industrial control system (ICS) practices.
• Experience with enterprise program-management and workflow tools, such as CRM, CCaaS, CMS, Jira, or Kanbanize.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.

Skills:

• Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Solid understanding of software and firmware development operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive issues, tasks, and deliverables from concept through closure.
• Creative, improvement-oriented thinker who constructively challenges the status quo; familiarity with current AI trends and the ability to apply relevant technologies to business challenges is a plus.
• Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects and process-improvement initiatives, ensuring appropriate resources and support are available to achieve defined objectives.
• Own, monitor, and report on process-improvement initiatives and operational performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Initiate and drive risk-reduction programs supporting product development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align workflow tools with Eaton’s product cybersecurity and broader business objectives.
• Evaluate and implement technologies that improve workflows, processes, and supporting tools.
• Coordinate activities required for laboratories to maintain applicable industry certifications and compliance.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork within the function and across divisions.
• Oversee and support the development and implementation of new training programs.
• Mentor team members and help build sustainable program capability within the domain.
