Product Data Analyst (Agile PLM)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented PLM Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for product data integrity, managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), and executing change orders within our PLM environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in the tech or hardware industry, and proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM.

Core Responsibilities

• Data Management: Read product datasheets, accurately identify manufacturer part numbers (MPNs), and create standardized internal descriptions and part numbers.
• BOM Structure: Create, structure, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Change Control: Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) in the Agile PLM system based on inputs from change managers and stakeholders.
• Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough change impact analyses to minimize production disruptions and supply chain risks.
• Metrics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on SLAs and key performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR at least 2 years of direct experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Engineering.
• PLM Software: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Oracle Agile PLM (or a closely related PLM system).
• Domain Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience across PLM, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Procurement functions.
• Language Skills: Professional oral and written proficiency in English.
• Availability: Must be able to consistently work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working specifically within Hi-Tech industries.
• Experience working directly with Contract Manufacturers, servers, networking equipment, or component engineering.
• Strong ability to interpret complex Engineering Drawings and Spec Sheets.
• Deep familiarity with workflow cycles: ECR, ECN, ECO, and MCO.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fort Bonifacio
