Product Data Entry Agent

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Data Entry Agent looking to grow their career within the hospitality industry. You will support our product team with uploading and maintaining accurate travel product information in our internal systems. You’ll help enter and ensure that every hotel and experience listed meets our quality and accuracy standards.

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update product details (hotels, activities) in company systems.
• Verify data accuracy and consistency across all listings.
• Upload images, descriptions, and supporting documents.
• Review supplier information to ensure all fields are complete and correct.
• Flag discrepancies and assist with data cleanup when needed.
• Support the Product team with supplier and product vetting, research, and other product-related tasks as the role develops.

What we're looking for

• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• C Level English required (Spoken, written and reading comprehension).
• Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based tools.
• Quick learner who can understand new systems, processes, and more complex information with limited supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to identify when information does not make sense rather than simply entering what is provided.
• Reliable, efficient, and able to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in data entry or admin support is a plus.
