Product Data Management Executive (Database)

About the role

Responsible for overall Data Management / Product Costing / Product Data in ERP. You will collaborate with other team members to complete Baan/ERP data matters on time and document information as per quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Data Mapping in related business applications (ERP/SCM/OE) and ensure Business Processes and Data are aligned within the business application to meet business objectives
• Analyze OE errors that occur and make necessary updates or modifications in the Baan system
• Prepare XML database for new and existing products during the launch cycle on time
• Coordinate with Canadian Counterpart on the catalog database processes
• Coordinate communication between the internal team and customer service team
• Propose and execute changes in business processes and ensure BP is aligned properly with IT
• Manage Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Finance, and Logistics processes and data
• Execute Dynamic Enterprise Molder/Mapping work procedure in Baan

About you

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the furniture industry or any other related fields
• Degree in Mechanical or any other related field
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, programming language)
• Detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work under pressure and deadlines
• Able to self-manage, prioritize, and take ownership of projects
• Strong focus on clear and effective communication in all tasks
• Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and result oriented
• Good planning and organizational skills
