About the role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join LOVEPOTION CO., LTD. in our Chatuchak Bangkok office on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our product design strategy and create innovative, user-centred solutions that resonate with our customers. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional direction of our product portfolio, working cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to bring compelling designs to market. Your work will directly influence our brand identity and market position, making this a strategically important role within our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop innovative product designs from initial concept through to production, ensuring alignment with brand values and market positioning
• Conduct market research and user analysis to inform design decisions and identify emerging trends within the industrial design space
• Create detailed design specifications, technical drawings, and prototypes that communicate design intent to manufacturing and engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design feasibility and commercial viability
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing data, and business requirements to optimise product performance and appeal
• Manage the design process from ideation through to launch, maintaining project timelines and deliverables
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating the strategic value of proposed solutions
• Stay informed of industry best practices, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to product design

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design or industrial design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent CAD/3D modelling tools
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent visualisation and communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and constraints relevant to industrial design
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset when working across departments
• A keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and innovation within product design
• Experience with consumer products or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
• Familiarity with prototyping, testing, and iterative design processes is advantageous
