Product Design Engineer

About the role

You will be responsible for the industrial design of e-cigarette products, from product concept through design and implementation. You will lead innovative appearance design for the company's key projects and manage CMF design and process follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrial design of e-cigarette products from concept through implementation
• Drive innovative appearance design for key projects
• Manage CMF design and process follow-up
• Manage the ID team, including daily work assignments and task scheduling
• Lead team recruitment and selection

About you

• Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design
• At least 5 years of experience in ID design for consumer electronics
• At least 3 years of experience managing a design team
• Excellent design skills and innovative thinking
• Proficiency in common industrial design software
• Strong team management skills
• Proactive work ethic
