Product Design Engineer - System Integration

Job Summary:
The Product Design Engineer is responsible for establishing technical expertise within the organization, particularly in system design and in-depth knowledge of existing products. This role involves designing solutions based on client requirements, ensuring quality standards, and supporting product training and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and design layouts based on project requirements and client needs
• Coordinate and collaborate with system suppliers to gain technical knowledge and support complex designs
• Perform quality checking and user acceptance testing (UAT) of assembled products
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for auxiliary systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as UL, NFPA, ONVIF, Wiegand, and LAN network limitations
• Assist in system configuration and integration of various auxiliary systems
• Interpret technical documents including floor plans and single-line diagrams
• Support troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic systems when needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in ELV Systems design and implementation
• Knowledge of auxiliary systems such as CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), Intercom Systems, Public Address and Background Music (PABGM), Structured Cabling, PABX Systems, etc.
• With knowledge or background in infrastructure systems (e.g., network infrastructure, structured cabling, and system integration)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software design in electronics
• Capable of creating and delivering technical training modules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Fast learner, adaptable, and willing to undergo training
• Knowledgeable in modern computer systems

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to perform fieldwork nationwide as required
• Ready for full-time employment and can start immediately
• Preferably residing in Pasig, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas

Compensation:
Salary will be based on relevant work experience, ELV systems expertise, and infrastructure knowledge.

Pay: From Php100.00 per month
