PRODUCT DESIGN MANAGER

About the role

Own the overall digital customer experience, identifying the best practical UX/UI solutions within product, technical, regulatory, and partner constraints. Translate complex financial workflows, including securities trading and mutual fund journeys, into clear and intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.

Key responsibilities:

• Align Business, Technology, Partners, and UX to deliver the best possible customer experience within existing product and platform capabilities.
• Own the overall digital customer experience, identifying the best practical UX/UI solutions within product, technical, regulatory, and partner constraints.
• Translate complex financial workflows, including securities trading and mutual fund journeys, into clear and intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Work closely with Product, Developers, QA, and external partners to evaluate design feasibility, accommodate platform limitations, and identify effective alternative solutions.
• Maintain design standards and UI components to ensure a consistent customer experience across mobile and web platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and usability issues to continuously improve customer journeys and conversion.
• Define UX/UI priorities in alignment with business objectives, product roadmap, and available platform capabilities.
• Monitor live customer journeys, identify friction points, and recommend practical improvements to engagement and usability.
• Support other product design and customer experience initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or highly knowledgeable in Investment and Banking, Financial Services or Digital Products/Platforms.
• Possess a keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market.
• Working experience of more than 6 years as a product design of a relevant industry.
• Proven track record in visual design, interaction design, and design systems using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, ProtoPie).
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in trading and investment products (Thai equities, mutual funds, market data visualization).
• Highly adaptable, self-initiated, and skilled in conducting user research, A/B testing analysis, and translating metrics into design improvements.
