Product Design - UI / UX

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly proactive Product Designer whocan take ownership of the visual and UI design across our suite of real estate data products.

You will be responsible for turning ideas and requirements into clean, thoughtful, functional UI designs in Figma, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.

Beyond product interfaces, you will also support the marketing team with visuals, brand assets, and creative materials when needed.

This is a key role: you will help bring consistency, clarity, and quality to all of our design output across the company.

What You’ll Do

Create high-quality UI designs in Figma for ourmobile/web applications, dashboards, and internal tools.

Collaborate closely with product managers anddevelopers to refine requirements, validate flows, and deliver final designsready for implementation.

Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuringconsistency across all products.

Support the marketing team with visual assets,graphics, social media creatives, and brand materials.

Work across multiple teams and products,balancing priorities while ensuring design standards remain high.

Be proactive: ask questions, challengeassumptions, and propose creative alternatives.

Participate in user research or testing whenneeded to refine UI/UX decisions.

Ensure that communication between design anddevelopment is smooth and efficient.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Figma and UI/UX design for digital products.

Ability to create clean, modern, intuitive interfaces.

Experience or interest in graphic design for marketing content.

A solid understanding of design fundamentals layout, typography, color, component systems.

Someone who thinks critically and creatively -not just taking instructions but questioning, suggesting, and exploring alternatives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with multiple teams.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience working on data-heavy or SaaS products.

Familiarity with front-end workflows (Handofff or Vue/ Nuxt, responsive design, basic HTML/CSS understanding).

Experience with brand identity work.
