Product Designer - AI SaaS

Context

Collective.work is building the next-generation AI-powered sourcing platform for recruiters. Our mission is to help talent teams identify, engage, and hire the best candidates faster through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. Design plays a critical role in making complex AI workflows intuitive, transparent, and impactful for users.

Missions

• Design end-to-end user experiences: from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI
• Translate complex AI and data-driven features into clear, usable interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and ship features
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable components
• Prototype interactions and validate concepts quickly
• Advocate for user-centric design across the company
• Contribute to product strategy through design insights

• Prototyping tools: Figma, Framer, Principle
• Collaboration tools: Notion, Slack, Google Workspace

1. 3–6+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
3. Solid UX fundamentals: research, interaction design, information architecture
4. Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
5. Experience designing for complex or data-heavy products
6. Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
7. Strong communication and storytelling skills
8. Experience designing AI/ML-powered products (nice to have)
9. Familiarity with recruiting, HR tech, or SaaS tools (nice to have)
10. Experience building or contributing to design systems (nice to have)
11. Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (nice to have)
