Product Designer

• We’re looking for a hungry Product Designer to join our team and partner directly with our Product and Product Design teams
• You’ll own design work end-to-end from early concepts to shipped features and you’ll be in the weeds alongside us, helping shape delightful product experiences for hundreds of thousands of homeowner
• Partner with Product Managers to drive new product ideas, from early concepts to shipped features
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately while understanding technical constraints and building relationships with stakeholders
• Collaborate with other Product Designers to raise the bar on craft, process, and consistency
• Drive ongoing product iterations based on customer feedback, research, and data
• Help maintain and evolve our design system by keeping things clean, consistent, and scalable
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Advocate for accessible, inclusive, and clear user experiences

• 4-7 years of product design experience at a startup
• A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your final screens; we want to see your holistic process and story telling
• Can communicate design decisions clearly to non-designers
• Curious about users and behavioral data
• Low ego, high output
• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals and interaction design
• Growth Mindset: you seek out feedback, and sharpen your craft continuously
• Comfortable working across web and mobile-web
• Resourceful: you push through ambiguous, hard problems and drive them to resolution
• Figma-fluent. Comfortable working in a high velocity environment with components, auto-layout, and prototyping
• Familiarity with property tech or fintech is a plus (but not required)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• A portfolio that includes 0→1 or early-stage product work
