Product Designer

6-Month Contract (with potential to convert to permanent)

We are seeking a talented Product Designer with AI experience to join our Hong Kong-based team. This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

You will work closely with global brands on high-profile licensing projects across the health & beauty, fashion, gifting, and accessories categories. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine strong product design skills with modern AI tools to create innovative, commercially viable licensed products that resonate with international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop licensed products from concept through to production-ready specifications for health & beauty, fashion, gifting, and accessories ranges.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. generative design, image generation, rapid prototyping, trend forecasting) to accelerate ideation, visualisation, and iteration.
• Collaborate with global brand partners, licensing teams, merchandising, and manufacturing partners to ensure designs meet brand guidelines, market trends, and commercial targets.
• Create high-quality 2D/3D visualisations, mood boards, CAD models, and presentation materials for internal reviews and brand presentations.
• Stay ahead of trends in health & beauty, fashion, lifestyle gifting, and accessories, applying insights to licensed product collections.
• Iterate designs rapidly based on feedback while maintaining high aesthetic and functional standards.
• Support the full product development process, including material selection, colourways, packaging considerations, and production feasibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally with a portfolio demonstrating work in consumer products, fashion accessories, beauty, or lifestyle goods.

• Hands-on experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Generative AI features in CAD/3D software, or similar).

• Strong skills in product design software (e.g. Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, Clo3D, or equivalent).

• Understanding of the licensing process and experience working with global brands is highly advantageous.

• Excellent visual communication skills and ability to present concepts clearly to stakeholders.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity with manufacturability and brand requirements.
