Job Description:

Love turning complexity into clarity? We're looking for a Product Designer to join a major online community platform's advertising ecosystem team designing the tools advertisers use every day to manage campaigns, track performance, and run their accounts.

What you'll do:

Design intuitive features for advertisers of all sizes, from self-serve small businesses to sophisticated enterprise buyers

Simplify complex workflows across campaign management, reporting, billing, permissions, and identity

Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and data science to shape the roadmap

Own the full design lifecycle from early exploration through final, polished delivery

Drive alignment through strong storytelling and presentation skills

What you bring:

4+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong web + mobile portfolio

A mix of B2B and B2C product design experience (advertising tooling a big plus)

Comfort finding clarity in ambiguity and complexity

Excellent communication skills working cross-functionally

A humble, curious, ship-it mindset
