Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our creative team and bring our corporate projects, product concepts, and brand materials to life. If you have a strong eye for detail, understand branding, and enjoy working on a variety of creative projects, we’d love to meet you!

THE ROLE

As our Product Designer, you will primarily focus on corporate design projects, developing creative and visually engaging materials that support our business, brand, events, and client requirements.

You will work closely with the Creatives Director and other teams to transform concepts and briefs into polished, high-quality designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative designs for corporate projects, events, presentations, campaigns, and other business requirements
• Create and adapt visual materials while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Develop product-related and promotional design concepts as needed
• Translate creative briefs and business requirements into effective visual outputs
• Prepare layouts, mockups, presentations, and production-ready artwork
• Collaborate with the Creatives Director and other departments to understand project requirements
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet quality standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and other stakeholders when necessary
• Ensure accuracy of product details, specifications, text, dimensions, and other design elements before final approval
• Assist with other creative and design-related projects as assigned
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree or background in Graphic Design, Product Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience in corporate, product, branding, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, color, and branding
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign
• Experience creating production-ready artwork and mockups
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working on product specifications and corporate materials
• Able to understand a creative brief and turn ideas into compelling visual concepts
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience working on corporate merchandise or product designs
• Experience with packaging, printing, engraving, or other production processes
• Experience coordinating with suppliers or production vendors
• Experience in eyewear, sports, lifestyle, retail, or consumer products
• Basic understanding of production specifications and file preparation

REPORTING LINE

Directly reports to: Creatives Director

You’ll be part of a collaborative creative environment where your ideas and design expertise will contribute to corporate projects, product development, events, and brand initiatives.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
