Product Designer

• We re looking for an experienced Product Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user centred digital experiences.
• You will work cross functionally with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements into seamless design solutions.
• This role is ideal for someone comfortable with working through the entire design process from discovery to high fidelity designs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and execute the overall design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Design Standards: Establish and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all design deliverables.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to inform design decisions and optimise user experiences.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• UX/UI Design: Lead the conceptualisation and creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences for our B2B clients and end users, considering user flows, information architecture, and visual aesthetics.
• User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centred design principles and ensure that the end-user perspective is consistently prioritised throughout the design process.
• Design Iteration: Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, data insights, and emerging industry trends.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging AI technologies in the UX/UI design field to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required:

• 2+ years experience of UX/UI design across web, desktop and mobile applications
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating solid UX/UI design craft and user-centred solutions
• Proficiency in Figma and similar design tools
• Good understanding of web technologies and their impact on UX/UI implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
