Product Designer

We're seeking a Product Designer (2-6 years experience) to join our team in Hong Kong. You'll own end-to-end design of product features, creating intuitive and delightful user experiences that balance customer needs with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for End-to-End UI/UX design for our App and Web platforms to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure design goals align with product requirements, effectively balancing user needs with core business objectives.
• Work closely with the product team to brainstorm prototypes and proactively identify opportunities for design innovation.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all touch points.
• Participate in international user testing and translate test results into actionable insights for continuous product optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 2–6 years of experience in product design. Proven track record of managing the full design lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Proficiency in Figma, Lottie, and AIGC (Generative AI) tools. Ability to produce high-fidelity deliverables, including detailed interaction specs and animation guides.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively alongside engineers and product managers.
• Able to clearly articulate design logic and rationale. We value candidates who are committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
• A proactive communicator with a strong sense of accountability and self-drive.
