岗位概述

参与复杂软件产品从概念探索到上线的完整设计过程，负责用户体验、交互与视觉设计。结合用户研究、数据和业务需求完善方案，与产品及工程团队协作完成交付。

• 与产品经理、工程师、用户研究和数据团队协作，参与从概念探索到上线的完整设计过程，明确问题、目标及设计范围。
• 快速制作概念原型，结合用户研究与数据设计用户流程，收集各方反馈并持续迭代。
• 设计网页产品界面、图形及布局，维护和改进视觉系统，将用户反馈与业务需求纳入产品设计。
• 在问题尚不明确时形成设计方向，综合分析相关因素，与其他设计师开展评审，并协调关联项目中的设计工作。
• 跟进实现与上线质量，参与团队的技术沟通，并协助翻译和核对技术说明，确保各方理解一致。

任职要求

• 具备 2 年以上复杂软件产品的端到端设计经验，能够结合业务目标完成用户体验、交互与视觉设计，具备良好的审美和视觉判断。
• 有对照测试和数据驱动设计的实践经验，能够使用研究与数据支持产品策略和设计决策。
• 熟悉原型工具，具备产品思考能力；口头和书面表达清晰，善于倾听、说明设计依据并与不同团队沟通协作。
• 有设计系统建设与维护、跨团队产品上线、对话式 AI 或聊天机器人设计经验，或具备动效设计能力者更佳。
• 有使用 AI 工具改进工作流及衡量效果的实践，了解 AI 风险、偏差与质量审查，并持续学习提示词、上下文工程或智能体编排者更佳。

About the Role

Design complex software products from concept exploration through launch, covering user experience, interaction and visual design. Use research, data and business requirements to refine proposals and deliver them with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, user researchers, and data teams throughout the design process, from concept exploration to launch, to define problems, goals, and design scope.
• Rapidly develop concept prototypes, design user flows informed by research and data, gather stakeholder feedback, and continuously iterate.
• Design interfaces, graphics, and layouts for web products; maintain and improve the visual design system; and incorporate user feedback and business requirements into product design.
• Establish design direction amid ambiguity, evaluate relevant factors, conduct reviews with fellow designers, and coordinate design work across related projects.
• Oversee design implementation and launch quality, participate in technical discussions with teams, and help translate and verify technical documentation to ensure shared understanding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of end-to-end design experience with complex software products, with the ability to align UX, interaction, and visual design with business goals, supported by strong aesthetic sensibility and visual judgment.
• Hands-on experience with controlled testing and data-driven design, using research and data to inform product strategy and design decisions.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools and strong product thinking. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively, explain design rationale, and collaborate across teams.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems, launching products across teams, or designing conversational AI or chatbots—or skills in motion design—is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows and measure their impact, an understanding of AI risks, bias, and quality review, and a commitment to continued learning in prompt engineering, context engineering, or agent orchestration are a plus.
