Product Designer Engineer

• Improve designs and process of existing OE products drawing and parts, stamping, metal, trim up to painting process.
• Responsible in producing timing plan and control plan of existing and new design for OE products.
• Analyses part design and production capacity for part fabrication which includes die control, toolings and operation standards.
• Designs welding assembly jigs for production and checking or inspection jigs for quality control
• Supervise the fabrication of new products as per APQP standard documentation (for prototyping up to mass production).
• Checks validates and creates engineering change instruction ECI Reports directly to products engineering manager.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Graduate, Mechanical technology or any engineering course or experience equivalent to educational attainment.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply for this position.
• Knowledgeable in creating 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, Solidworkss, and DraftSight.
• Knowledgeable in using various measuring tools and equipment.
• Knowledgeable in computer application (MS Excel, Word, Power point) and other design software.
• Willing to be assigned at Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.
