What they need

We are looking for teammates to join us in building our company, culture, and Member experience who:

  • Put people first, and make decisions with the Member's best interests in mind
  • Are active learners, constantly looking to improve and grow
  • Are driven by our mission to measurably improve health and care each day
  • Bring the energy needed to transform health and care, and move and adapt rapidly
  • Are laser-focused on delivering results for Members, and proactively problem-solving to get there

In this role, you will...

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design the internal tooling that powers how our pharmacy product gets implemented for clients. Your primary users are Implementation Managers, the people configuring, launching, and troubleshooting our pharmacy product for new and existing clients. You'll shape how they work every day: turning complex, often technical implementation workflows into tools that are clear, efficient, and hard to get wrong.

This position will report to our Product Design Manager and is based in Prague, working in a hybrid model. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do

  • Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts for internal implementation tooling
  • Build concepts and leverage AI to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes to guide the direction of internal web tools used by Implementation Managers
  • Conduct discovery research and usability testing directly with Implementation Managers and other internal stakeholders to understand workflow pain points and operational constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Implementation leadership, to determine feasibility, align to product strategy, and translate operational complexity (pharmacy configuration, client-specific rules, compliance requirements) into usable design
  • Design for efficiency and error-prevention
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring internal tools stay consistent with our broader product ecosystem while meeting the specific needs of power users
  • Cultivate an optimistic outlook, promote a positive culture within your teams, and work through ambiguity with persistence and grit

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience designing complex software products, ideally including internal tools, admin platforms, or workflows for operational/power users
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated/operationally complex industry is a strong plus
  • Strong aptitude for performing and synthesizing research, including contextual inquiry with internal or operational users
  • Excellent communication skills in English with a proven track record presenting designs and articulating design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Schedule flexibility to allow for collaboration with stakeholders in the US
  • Proficiency in leading design software such as Figma, FigmaMake, and Claude
  • Experience designing or contributing to a design system
  • Extreme ownership, bias to action, and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Ability to design as a team, exploring and promoting ideas beyond your own
  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, and information hierarchy for dense, data-heavy interfaces

While working at Transcarent, you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • 5 weeks of vacation
  • Personal days
  • 1 paid day off for your volunteerism per year
  • Home office and flexible working hours
  • Sodexo Gastro Pass Card with no contribution
  • Flexi Pass Card per month or Multisport Card
  • FreshPoint fridge with meals & snacks at a 30% discount
  • Work from abroad up to 4 weeks a year
  • Udemy Business Platform for Hard/Soft skills training
  • Virtual hospital service uLekare.cz
  • Ginger Emotional Support app (www.ginger.com)

Other offers great for you!
