Product Designer

The organization is looking for a Confirmed to Senior Product Designer to work on and improve their consumer solutions. Following the launch of a new consumer app in March 2025, the project is entering a new phase of evolution. The designer will challenge and design new features while supporting the UX strategy applied to consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis & Strategy: Analyze user journeys, feedback, and usage patterns to detect pain points and hypothesize improvements.

• UX/UI Design: Define or refine web portal and mobile app navigation, user flows, and interfaces.

• Information Architecture: Determine IA, categorization, hierarchy, and feature logic in collaboration with the squad (PM, devs, QA).

• Design Production: Illustrate ideas using storyboards, mapping, flow charts, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.

• User Testing: Participate in user testing and heuristic analysis, making adjustments based on outcomes.

• Technical Alignment: Check technical feasibility and assist developers during integration to ensure alignment with design requirements.

• Consistency & Quality: Deliver pixel-perfect elements leveraging the Global Design System while adhering strictly to the brand's style guide.

• Quality Assurance: Execute QA to ensure development has appropriately implemented design requirements.

🛠️ Required Profile & Experience

Experience and Background

• Professional Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience, with at least 8 years specifically in UX Design.

• Track Record: Proven experience in designing digital app or web solutions for complex business problems.

• Global Context: At least one significant previous experience in a multi-country digital ecosystem.

Technical Skills

• Design Tools: Strong knowledge of Figma, Figjam, and Miro.

• Research: Competency in quantitative research (A/B testing, analytics) and qualitative research (user interviews, usability testing, workshops).

• Core Knowledge: Strong grasp of ergonomics, design psychology, and accessibility.

• Development Basics: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to ensure design feasibility and a willingness to engage in technical discussions.

• Methodology: Knowledge of Agile Scrum/SAFe ways of working.

Soft Skills & Languages

• Languages: Proficiency in both English and French is required.

• Professional Skills: Strong analytical thinking, time management, and the ability to influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
