Partner with Global Manufacturing
- Lead communication with overseas manufacturing partners throughout the product development process.
- Help coordinate production schedules, timelines, and product readiness.
- Assist with resolving pre-production issues and tracking supplier deliverables.
- Participate in meetings with international suppliers, including occasional communication outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Project Coordination & Process Improvement
- Utilize Monday.com and other project management tools to manage schedules, project documentation, and task tracking.
- Maintain organized project files, timelines, and status reports.
- Assist with monitoring project budgets and resource allocation.
- Recommend improvements to project management processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in project coordination, project management, product development, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
