Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Developer who has hands-on experience in developing and launching websites, web applications, or digital products.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong and capable of independently working on product development, understanding business requirements, building solutions, integrating APIs, managing databases, and taking products from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, web applications, and digital products.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Work on both frontend and backend development as required.
• Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Work with databases and ensure proper data management.
• Develop and customize WordPress or custom web solutions.
• Debug issues, identify technical problems, and implement solutions.
• Perform testing and ensure products are stable before release.
• Handle deployment and basic production support.
• Work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and other technology teams.
• Take ownership of assigned products/features from development to deployment.
• Maintain basic technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on software/web development experience.
• Must have personally developed or contributed significantly to live websites, web applications, apps, or digital products.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Good knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and deployment.
• Experience with WordPress and/or custom web development.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and develop practical technical solutions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in:

• D2C / E-commerce platforms
• Consumer-facing websites or applications
• Marketplaces
• Digital products
• Product-based companies
• Startups

will be preferred.

Important Requirement

Hands-on development experience is mandatory.

Candidates with only Product Management, Project Management, coordination, or team-management experience without actual development experience will not be suitable for this role.

The candidate should be able to clearly explain what they personally developed, the technologies used, their contribution, and how the product was taken from development to deployment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
