Product Developer

Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Benefits

Requirement: Must hold a UK Driving Licence

We're partnering with a leading food manufacturing business to find a talented Product Developer to join their growing team in Grimsby. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you'll play a key role in developing products from concept through to launch, ensuring they meet both customer expectations and business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the development of new and existing food products from concept to launch
• Conducting product trials and factory validations
• Working closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing and technical teams
• Preparing samples and presenting concepts internally and externally
• Ensuring products meet quality, legal and nutritional requirements
• Managing critical paths and development timelines
• Monitoring food trends and identifying opportunities for innovation
• Supporting recipe development and product improvements

What We're Looking For

• Experience within a Product Development or NPD role within the food manufacturing industry
• A passion for food, innovation and consumer trends
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Food Science, Nutrition or related qualification would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence is essential due to occasional travel requirements
