SeaStorm Boats are produced using rotomolded polyethylene technology, which allows for a unique balance of rigidity, low weight, and stunning design-all for a price unseen in this segment in Europe. The design has been commissioned by the legendary Mannerfeldt Studio, known for its outstanding work with Epoca Yachts, Pirelli, and Princess.

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can take a boat from concept to a tested, production-ready product—and make our existing models better.

Key Responsibilities:

* Developing new boat models together with our designers, technical partners and production team.

* Improving hull structures, transoms, engine mounting, seating, consoles and floor systems.

* Developing practical solutions for flotation, fuel tanks, electrical installations and engine pre-rigging.

* Improving materials, surface durability, fittings and component attachment methods for polyethylene boats.

* Turning feedback from dealers, customers and sea trials into reliable engineering improvements.

* Building and testing prototypes, supporting certification, and preparing drawings, specifications and assembly instructions.

* Making designs easier to manufacture, assemble, maintain and repair.

Qualifications

* A background in mechanical engineering, product development, naval architecture or a related field.

* Experience taking physical products from design through prototyping and into production.

* Strong 3D CAD skills and an understanding of structural design, materials and manufacturing.

* A practical approach: you enjoy working on the factory floor and testing your solutions.

* The ability to investigate problems, identify root causes and follow improvements through to completion.

* Good English and the ability to coordinate with international partners.
