Product Developer / Specialist (FEI)

Product Developer - primarily responsible for developing and enhancing products that will allow the company and clients to remain competitive in providing customer centric learning solutions. The job holder acknowledged the support needed by the Sales, Research, Marketing, Operations Unit, Learning and Innovations Unit, and Business Units of Rex Group of Companies as needed. Creates and prepares the Product Design Brief, content, and upload contents in a Learning Management System for implementation. The tasks include developing, preparing proposals, practicing correct design process, achieving targets, and reporting development statuses.

Product Support Specialist - responsible for conducting detailed presentations of assigned products and analyzing school requirements to ensure the company and its clients remain competitive in providing customer-centric learning solutions. The job holder collaborates with the Sales, Marketing, Operations Unit, Learning and Innovations Unit, and Business Units of Rex Group of Companies as needed. Additional responsibilities include material product quality control, monitoring the attainment and progress of FEI products, and driving new product development in terms of offerings and implementation. The incumbent assesses market competition by comparing the company's products to those of competitors and recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes, identifying problems, and analyzing trends. Furthermore, the job holder monitors client feedback and follows up with clients who have had product presentations to ensure their needs are met and to gather insights for future improvements.
