Essential Duties and Responsible:

• Coordinating with Sample team & factory for sample request, sample review, sample quality and sample shipping. Organize and update sample data to system in time.
• Supports engineering team for master color panel, pre-production review, products quality review, quality testing.
• Manage sample development files, good quality sample review photos and maintain all related data in system in time.
• Work with vendor (factory) for market sample development & Sample Shipping / to improve sample quality / to prepare designer’s sample review trip.
• Visit Furniture Shows collects new design concepts, potential new supplier information, and competitive product information.
• Train new suppliers for Ashley’s basic requirements.

Job requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma any field.

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Good command in English
• Good understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, word
• Can work independently, honest, trustworthy, team spirited, responsible.
• Shows initiative to follow complete tasks outside of job description.
• Proficient in MS Office, Auto Cad, Photography, and other computer skills.
• Energetic in self-learning for relative knowledge.
• Working condition: Work in factory environment (Company provide a car for each team to travel)
