Product Development & Applications Executive

Duties

• Lead the development and enhancement of product applications, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and technical support to streamline product launches and updates
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and clients, showcasing product features and benefits
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to product applications promptly and effectively
• Manage project timelines using organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of development milestones
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cloud service providers like AWS and Azure to optimize application deployment, scalability, and security measures

Skills

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving client issues
• Effective communication skills in English for both written reports and verbal interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and organizational tasks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure for application hosting and management
• Solid understanding of IT principles relevant to product development environments
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
